Each 3-session workshop will provide participants with the start to finish progression of how to brew and bottle great all-grain beer.

Local brewer Jon Shackett, of Shackett’s Brewing Company, will lead participants through the processes of selecting ingredients, making yeast starters, water chemistry analysis and correction, mashing, calculating IBU’s of hop additions, fermentation basics, use of a refractometer and hydrometer to calculate ABV, sanitizing and bottling.   MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE
